| Fees and Project Costs |

| IPMD quotes are based on the unique requirements of the Client, thus focusing more on what is needed, rather than imposing package fees that include functions the Client doesn't necessarily need. We believe this is giving the Client a fair bargain since he only pays for the functionalities he requires. |

| Costs and fees are in Philippine Peso (PhP) and include a 12%-VAT, except when otherwise stated. Small- to Medium-scale projects, usually lasting a month- to 2-mos long in duration, are usually billed in actual man-hours. |
|
| Our price flexibility remains our strongest point, coupled with our professional design and development and our customer-oriented approach, our Client will never be short-changed. |

| Payments and Billing |
|
| IPMD sends out Statement of Accounts and Official Receipts of payment via electonic mail and postal mail. Payments are accepted via Bank Deposit made thru any branches of these Philippine banks: |

| Please note that only confirmed and validated payments will be processed. Non-payment will result to suspension or termination of your IPMD services. |

| Provincial payments may be subject to inter-bank transfer fees and/or other fees that may be imposed by the above-mentioned Banks and the Client will be responsible for these fees. |
