| IPMD issues Official Receipts (O.R.)of payments, which are sent via postal mail. Account subscribers may also track their subscription history and payments online
thru My Account. Login information is required to access this feature. |

| For Hosting and Domain Name Subscriptions: |
|
| The appropriate payment for the services received from IPMD must be supplied in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. Until and unless the Client notifies IPMD of the desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. |
|
| It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that his payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. IPMD provides a 10 day grace period from the time the invoice is due and when it must be paid. Any invoice that is overdue for 10 days and not paid will result
in a P500 late fee and/or an account suspension until account balance has been paid in full. There is a 30-day temporary account suspension before your account is permanently deleted in our system. |

| Non-Payment and Order Cancellations: |
|
| We allow a waiting time of up to 5 working days for the payment of any signed-up account. If no payments are made, we will consider the order cancelled. Should you wish to continue with the order after the allowed waiting time, you will have to sign-up again. |

| Web hosting and domain name subscriptions may be cancelled at any time without cancellation fees. |
|
| Notice for Domain name registrations: Until such time that payments for your domain is received, your desired domain is considered 'on-hold' in our system, and IPMD shall not be made liable for any
third-party registrants that may want to register the same domain name. Please note that domain name registration is on a first come-first serve basis. |
